Hi Experts, we are focusing on the grade ladder functionality and we would like to better understand how we can segregate the visibility of grade ladders when performing specific actions such as change assignments, promotions,…For example if we define grade ladders with specific SET ID based on Business Unit, what am I suppose to see when I perform a change assignment in the Grade Ladder picklist? Should I be able to see only grade ladders with SET id based on the employee's Business Unit? Alternatively, should I use the Legislative Data Group to segregate the grade ladder visibility? Thanks in
