Non-Workers in Atom Feed capturing the records without being enabled

in HCM REST APIs

Hi All,

As part of 25D functionality, Oracle has added the Non-Worker Assignment object in Person Assignment Change Atom feed. we haven't checked the enable button but still if we do any non-worker assignment related transaction it is capturing them in the HRC_ATOMPUB_ENTRIES table. why is it happening? is this the expected behavior even though we haven't enabled it in the object level?
