25D Contract Request - Channel Type LoV is blank for assignee, but requester is able to see "Web"

Summary:

We plan to implement Contract Request functionality. We have enabled Channel Type = Web via setup.

Requester A: creates a contract request. Has a role of Sales Rep. If requester wants to start an interaction, he is able to start one and can see Web as the only option available. This works fine.

Assignee B: is part of legal team to review the contract. Has a role of Enterprise Contract Manager and no Sales Rep role. If Assignee wants to start the interaction, then he is unable to see Web as a value under Channel Type.

This seems to be odd that Assignee is unable to initiate an interaction. Are we missing any role here?
