Can AI agents obtain information from Oracle HCM Redwood Knowledge Management?

Summary:

Can AI agents get information from Oracle HCM Redwood Knowledge Management or do all of our existing knowledge articles need to be manually uploaded as documents in the Object Storage Bucket?

We are slowly working our way from Classic Knowledge and Help Desk to Redwood and are hoping to implement some AI features in the process.

In reading various articles and watching several recorded webinars, I am quite confused about how AI agents obtain the information used to answer questions.

I had thought that AI agents could look at the articles we have published in our Knowledge base, but as I have been reading more, it sounds like a separate knowledge base must be created specific to each AI agent and that is where all of the documents would be stored.
