Issue

Selection of the calibration group in Performance calibration is not user friendly and easy.

  1. There is no action for HR to set a Performance Calibration Meeting. HR needs to make the calibration groups with “Proxy as Manager” functionality. And with this, they cannot select different employees from totally different managers’ reporting lines.
    1. When HR wants to create a performance calibration group by using “Proxy as Manager” with selecting highest manager, there is no filter to be used for sub managers in the filter menu and HR needs to create Advanced filters for each calibration group.
    2. In case HR uses all advanced filters and creates a calibration group, there is no possibility to deselect one employee to take out from the group, HR needs to create another advanced filter to take this employee out from the group.
