Seniority Date Configured rules are not displayed

Hello,

I did these steps 'Migrate to Version 3 of Seniority Dates' and then come back to 'Calculate Seniority dates'.

The Seniority dates is calculated.

After that I add line in common lookups : ORA_PER_SENIORITY_ITEMS

then add this line : Configure Seniority Date Rules

I make sure that : display in guided flow is "Yes"

After that I did 'Migrate to Version 3 of Seniority Dates' but when I try to run 'Calculate Seniority dates' the Available Seniority Date Rules is blank.
