Hi Team,

We have some questions related to ARCS Nov 2025 month patch update:-

  1. Evaluation of User Roles When Determining the Validity of Profiles :- In this new feature there is two conditions which will make reconciliation profile invalid if we fulfill any of those two conditions. first condition is clear that if the user is deleted from the system that profile will be marked as a invalid but we have one question related to second condition that If a user’s role changes so they can’t do their assigned job on the profile, What will happen if we replace that user on that reconciliation profile with other user,
