We have created a Direct integration connecting to “Trial Balance Extract” with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and used balance segments in order to achieve the requirement of bringing activity (Debit&Credit) to ARCS for the increase the accuracy of Auto reconciliation Rules.

PROD is currently up and running with Direct integration(GL Balance Cube) to pull the balances and we wanted to Go live with newly built integration(trial balance extract) during a specific time in this month (where the direct integration with GL Balance Cube already ran) and we will have to replace the balances loaded by GL cube integration with New integration (Trial Balance extract). However, when we tested in lower environment the new integration is not replacing the balances of GL cube integration even if we have triggered with Full Refresh mode.
