Assigning single location to multiple Subinventory (ERP Bucket) in Lockcode

Our client is doing Pharma distribution in KSA. They receive items for various Tenders and put away to Bin Location. Each tender is created separate subinventory in Fusion inventory and there are 200+ tender currently in active. They receive 1 tender X and putaway to locator A. The same locator A will be used for Tender Y and Z when locator is empty. In general, same locator is assigned to multiple sub-inventor in Fusion Inventory. Business expect same setup in OCWMS as well.

Can we associate multiple ERP bucket(sub-inv) in Lock code and how OIC integration will read which is the latest ERP Bucket to update the putaway back to Fusion inventory.
