upload serial numbers to Rework by FBDI

I'm trying to upload and associate many serial numbers to Rework wo by FBDI , the serial numbers are in status Resided in Stores but the log of the upload said that the serial numbers aren't Defined but not used.

can you assist me what the best way to upload many serial numbers ( that in Resided in Stores) to Rework WO?
