How to Hide or Make the Tax Determinants section read-only in the receiving screen?

We are using the Redwood UI for receiving transactions, and we want to either hide the Tax Determinants section or make it read-only on the receiving page.

Is there any supported way to hide or disable editing of the Tax Determinants section in the Redwood UI? Can this be controlled through roles or privileges.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
