How to restrict Asset Book parameter in ESS Job and BIP based on user granted access?

We have a custom BIP report to extract asset details which contain the 'Asset Book' parameter,

the requirement is to display only the user privileged asset books in the LOV,

can you please tell how to restrict it?

I have checked the 'Manage Data Access for Users' setup, but seems it doesn't help.
