Closed HR Help Desk requests are not deleting when the Schedule Process runs

Summary:

I have set up the 'Closed' HR Help Desk requests to be automatically deleted every Friday evening but they still remain in the HR Help Desk list page. When the Schedule Processes run they automatically change the Resolved requests to Closed but when the Delete Closed HR Help Desk Requests schedule is run the Closed requests still exist on the list page

I have set up the Profile options as follows:

SVC_HRHD_IN_RESOLVED_DAYS = 1

SVC_HRHD_IN_WAITING_DAYS = Blank

SVC_HRHD_AUTO_CLOSED_STATUS_CD = Closed

SVC_HRHD_AUTO_RESOLVED_STATUS_CD = Resolved

ORA_SVC_DELETE_CLOSED_HRHD_ENABLED = Yes
