We've implemented an approval flow for requests for non-catalog courses (action made by manager for his team) that works as follows:
- HRBPs receive an informational notification of the request (simultaneously across all HRBPs)
- HR Learning Specialist receives a notification of request approval (simultaneously across all learning specialists)
In this flow, the learner currently receives informational notifications for: manager submission of the request; HR Learning Specialist approval or rejection;
Our client requests that informational notifications (e-mail and from system) has to be removed from the learner.
