How to create single sell shipment for multiple orders using Agent

Want to create a Single Sell Shipments for the Set Of Orders where in Planning of Sell shipments from UI works as exepcted by selecting the order and create Sell shipments then it creates the Single Sell Shipment as desired where in i want that needs to be done using the Agent But that is not working as its creating Sell Shipment for Each order
