Supplier Additional Contact Email - Recipients not receiving any Email/Notifications
Summary:
When creating a Purchase Requisition in Self Service Procurement-Supplier-Additional Contact Email, Added Recipients not receiving any Email/Notifications.
We are currently receiving email notifications and PO PDFs for the primary supplier contact; however, the additional contact email entered in the “Additional Contact Email” field on the requisition page is not receiving any notifications.
We’re reaching out to seek guidance — has anyone encountered this issue before, and if so, what was the resolution?
