How can I access the Redwood UI for NON Admin user?

Summary:

when accessing PD Classic UI for a non-admin user everything is fine, but when accessign Product Management for the same user I get error message displayed. see below.

I could not find anywhere in documentation how to enable Product Management for users with tailored roles.
