Expense Transactions Real Time doesn't show expense report number of other employees

We are using this subject area to create a report. But a user gets only their expense report numbers and its status when they run this analysis. FOr other users the Report Number and Report Status is blank. We have ensured that the Role has the required Duties and Data Security Policies.

DSP Details-

Policy Name: Grant on Business Unit

Database Resource: Business Unit

Privilege: View Employee Expense;

Condition: Access the business units for which the user is explicitly authorized

Duty roles :

• Expense Transactions Transaction Analysis Duty
• BI Consumer
