This would allow users to filter job applications that have not yet been viewed. Currently, there is an icon on the Job Applications page indicating which applications have not been viewed. With this new filter, users can more easily identify candidates they believe are qualified for the job. They could then move the viewed applications to Rejected by Employer on a daily basis to reduce the number of applications included in bulk actions.
