How can learners view assessment response feedback?

Summary:
In the release notes for 24D, "View Questionnaire Response and Scoring For Assessment", it is indicated that learners are able to "view the scores and response feedback for all questions in an assessment".

In the screenshot provided, there is no response feedback shown, only the question, the answer, and the score.
I have created an assessment with response feedback added to all of the questions. When adding the assessment as content I used these settings:
Enable learner to view the score: Yes
Recorded attempt review: Most Recent Only
