Approval hierarchy for Resource Request

Need to set approval hierarchy for Resource Request.
We need to set a hierarchy of approval of the Project Resource,
We raise request from project resource management for a project resource, When the request has been approved from HCM, it comes into PPM for the approval from Project Manager & Resource Manager. Apart from Project Manager & Resource Manager, we need to allow other users eg. Project Accountant to approve the request for the same.
