Unable to see recurring process in the Long Running Task UI

We have set up a data query that runs daily .However, we are unable to see the records in the Long Running Tasks UI.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a data query set up with Long Running Task count as 0. The data query executes a saved query to determine the declarations about to be expired and then raise an event to run an agent. The agent will then send a notification to the concerned parties. This has stopped working and while investigating the issue, I can see that there are records inserted in to the process control history .However, if we try to find the records from Long Running Task UI, there are none.
