How to charge across Legal Entities through Indirect Projects in PPM?

Summary:

Client needs to utilize Indirect Projects in Oracle Fusion PPM to capture labor and non labor costs on projects. Apart from BUs within same LE, it involves cost from BU's across LE's. No revenue will be generated during any process.
