I've tried to work on "Unified Learning Catalog Administration and Access Control" feature. But not able to find "Learning Catalog" even after added the profile value ORA_WLF_LEARNING_CATALOG_MANAGEMENT_DUTY.

Expert help to get this feature is greatly appreciated.
