Appointment does not honor Order Release Late Delivery Date
Summary:
We have OTM plan Order Releases, and the shipment creates stops that all honor the Order Release Early Pickup Date and Late Delivery Date.
When creating appointments for all stops, we have an agent that sets an appointment for the first stop, redrive the shipment, set appoinment for second stop, redrive the shipment, etc.
Because the appointment slots are often later than the original stop times, for example because a slot has been taken by another shipment, the shipment stops will get later than originally planned, which is fine.
However, sometimes the stops are moved much later so they no longer honor the Order Release Late Delivery Date. This should not be allowed, and the solution should be that the order should be put on another shipment so it can be delivered on time. Of course, this is a catch 22, because the appointments are made after the Bulk Plan, so OTM has no option to fix this in the Bulk Plan itself.
