Certain accounts are not inputtable when using "FCCS_Parent Input" and "Parent Currency". Parent Input has been enabled and Parent Currency access right is set to "Write".

I recently noticed that there are are some accounts that are not inputtable when using "FCCS_Parent Input" and "Parent Currency" (i.e. grey cells in Excel Smart View file), but inputtable when using "FCCS_Entity Input" and "Entity Currency". Parent Input has been enabled and Parent Currency access right is set to "Write".

However, I do have some other accounts that are inputtable using "FCCS_Parent Input" and "Parent Currency", and I realised that these accounts that are inputtable seem to be created earlier than those that are not inputtable.
