AI Agent Access: Granting Receipt Creation without Transactional Role

We are attempting to configure the AI Agent Hub to allow a user without the standard Warehouse Operator/Manager roles to perform receipt creation solely through the AI Agent interface, not the traditional UI.

We have provisioned a custom role and assigned the following required privileges:

  • Perform Receiving Receipt Transaction by Web Service
  • Fai Genai Agent SCM Administrator Duty
  • HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV

The user can successfully access the Agent Hub (Me → Agent Hub). However, when attempting to execute the action ("create receipt against the PO"), the agent returns the error:
