How to End Date the Spoke system relationship in bulk through FBDI

Hi Team

We have a requirement to end date the current Spoke System Relationship. 
But we are unable to do so through FBDI (EGP_ITEM_RELATIONSHIPS_INTF) and the system is giving the error “SYS_ITEM_XREF:, ITEM_RELATIONSHIP_TYPE - You cannot create a spoke item cross-reference using the relationships table”.

 Also in the EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE, from where we create the Spoke relationship, we do not have END DATE column to populate the end date.
Please let us know how to end date the Spoke System Relationship through FBDI.
