1. Current Behavior:
   The system currently consolidates all Project Billing Events that share the same contract, contract number, and date into a single invoice. This behavior does not meet the client's need for granular invoicing based on specific attributes.
2. Business Problem / Requirement:
   The client requires the ability to generate distinct invoices for billing events even when they occur on the same date for the same contract. The differentiation must be based on a unique value within a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF).
3. Specific Requirement with Example:
   The system must group and generate invoices based on the value of a specific Descriptive Flexfield attached to the Billing Events.
