Unity Behavioral Intelligence Release Notes for November 17, 2025

The following enhancements have been made to Unity Behavioral Intelligence (also known as Infinity IQ).  

Web personalization performance enhancements. Visitor request processing has been enhanced to generate less CPU load and improve performance. 

Web personalization custom templates limit.  The number of allowed custom templates per workspace has been set to 100.  


The following defects have been resolved. 

  • An issue was identified where users without personalization rights received an error when accessing a CX tag. This is resolved.  (INF-76511)
  • A problem was encountered where personalizations were not processed for visitors with large session data due to an error when the session size exceeded the allowed limit. This has now been addressed. (INF-69017)
