error while adding Specialization Section Activity , the LearningItemNumber is not taking

Summary:

Created Specializatin , then created Specializatin Section using HDL Load. After that trying to load Specialization Section Activity it is giving error that the LearningItemId is not valid. (We are passing the LearningItemNumber in the dat file)
