Upload Button for Branding Image and Trailer Not Visible While Creating/Editing Course

We have noticed an issue in our Oracle Learning environment where the Upload button for adding a branding image and course trailer is not visible when creating or editing a course. We are only able to see the fields, but there is no option to upload the media files.
