Clarification regarding EPM Nov 2025 patch update

Trying to understand the Essbase issue that has caused Oracle to request we skip the November 2026 EPM patch. We use ARCS, EDMCS, FCCS, PBCS and PCM. The questions we have is what is causing the Essbase issue? We do quarterly patch releases, and we have already skipped the September and October 2025 patch. Can we go ahead with the planned push of the September and October 2025 releases? Or should we hold all 3 releases. Looking for some guidance on how to handle the patches for September and October. Thanks.
