Profile import is erroring when Default Currency Bucket 2 is included

Summary:

Recently a number of profiles were created, but invalid. The issue was no currency was selected, even though the import file included 'Yes' and 'CAD' for Enable Currency Bucket 1 and Default Currency Bucket 2. I created a new import file, with only the profile segments and currency fields included. I got the error 'Default Currency Bucket 2 - The currency bucket is not enabled'. I redid the import file with only the profile segments and currency bucket 1 fields included; this worked.
