After enabling the profile value, I can see the Learning Catalog, but cannot see Courses, Offerings?

Summary: During 25D new feature testing after enabling ORA_WLF_SINGLE_CATALOG_LISTING_REDWOOD, I am not able to see courses and offerings. When I click into the Learning Catalog, I can only see Self-Paced Learning items.
