When changing Address info in Manage Locations why are we not getting the errors as in Locations
HealthPartners Supply Chain Services - We use Classic Manage Locations (Enterprise Profile) for adding and maintaining our Ship-to & Deliver-to Locations and not the Workforce Locations. Our HCM department will be moving to USOPTE; we (SCS) have been testing both Workforce Locations and Classica Manage Locations and we are receiving different results.
We are not getting any error's when we make changes or create new locations with the same set up in Classic Manage Locations for Address Lines 1 & 2 & +4 zip that we do in Redwood (Locations)? Address Line 1 we enter in our clinic name, Address Line 2 we enter in our mailstop code, Address Line 3 we enter in the street address and for +4 zip is left blank.
