How to create custom Key performance index related to Project Schedule dates, Budgets and Risk

We have a client requirement to create project KPI for the following:

1. Schedule Variation (Days): Project Schedule Start and Finish Date (in days) duration - Baseline Start and Finish Date (in days)
2. Schedule Variation (%): (Schedule Variation / Baseline schedule variation) * 100
3. Current Year Budget Variance %: Current Year EAC Forecast Raw Cost - Current Year Baseline Budget) / Current Year Baseline Budget
4. Total Project Budget %: (Total Project EAC Forecast Raw Cost - Total Project Baseline Budget) / Total Project Baseline Budget
5. Risk KPI: Display red, amber, green indicator based on the risk priorities in the project
