Upload the new SSO SAML Certificate to Fusion HCM

Kindly share the steps to renew the SAML certificate for Oracle Fusion HCM SSO. We are using OKTA as the Identity Provider. We need to have steps to be performed on Oracle Fusion HCM side. We had checked the knowledge articles and SRs but couldn't find anything which gives clear steps to renew the certificate or update the renewed certificate
