Supplier Contract Performance Evaluation

Summary:

We have our yearly contract performance evaluation in the system. Currently the contract owner will do the evaluation on the supplier performance. However most of the contract owner required to assign the evaluation to another person. At this point of time, Oracle seems doesn't have that option or we may need to enable the access to reassign the contract owner.
