Badging on Learning outcome and Connections

Summary:

Hi All,

Our client want to have badges as the learning outcome and once achieved, the badge then need to go into the Talent Profile. Learner should also be able to add these badges into Connections.

I saw there is a post on the badges as reports and dashboard, but that does not cater to our requirement.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
