EDM : Automate the process to maintain the hierarchy

Summary: The requirement is that whenever a XYZ flag is set to True on TP_1234 Master, it create a same member TP_1234(already part of the existing subscription) in mapping and should add a child with TP_GGL_ESCOCO_TP1234 under it.

Currently thisTP_GGL_ESCOCO_TP1234 addition is being manually maintained but this needs to be automated.

Can you please suggest best suitable way to achieve this in EDM?
