DFF in requistion not moving to BPA line, even the DFF appears in the line

Summary:

After enabling the profile option (PO_COPY_REQ_LINE_DFF_TO_PO), the DFF moved only if we create a direct order from purchase requistion, but it does not move if we create BPA as an output from negotation although the BPA and orders stored in the same table, any facility to move the dff's?
