How to use Global Absence Accrual Event Fast Formula

Hi All,

I have a front-loaded accrual plan where the accrual is based on the employee’s grade. If an employee’s grade changes in the middle of the plan term, the accrual needs to be prorated accordingly.

How can this be achieved using the Absence Accrual Event Fast Formula? Has anyone implemented a similar requirement before? If so, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share a sample formula or guidance.
