FCCS database refresh error "Shared member [AC_15209] with no actual member"

Summary: Hello,

we have encounter a situation where when we delete an account AC_15209 and refresh a database it getting failed with error as "Shared member [AC_15209] with no actual member". However, when we search that member in account hierarchy its is present as only one place. Also, of we check the Usage of this account its not showing anything and thus it is not letting us to delete it. Can you provide your view as in what could be the cause for it.

We have done below steps as a troubleshooting:

  1. Create a shared member of this refresh a db and then delete it the shared member refresh db and then delete original member AC_15209. still throws an error.
