Redwood Change Hours process change

When we're doing the "Change in Hours" process we notice that we now need to toggle on the Salary Change screen, this screen used to be part of the process before Redwood. Would it be possible to have this screen come up automatically in the process again? We have also noticed the submit button becomes active before we have finished the process and wondered if this can again not become active until the last screen in the process.
