Hide Weekly Working Hours Section in Transfer Action

Summary:

I am using VBS to create our Transfer Action workflow for our Manager's view. I have the Weekly Working Hours section Hidden in the fields and regions section but once I submit an assignment to transfer an employee into, the weekly working hours section populates for the flow.
