Getting error HWM_TC_DV_RANGE_TIME_RECORD from Web Clock from a specific computer

We have a tester that when she clocks in and then we run the "Generate Time Cards from Collection Devices" with the flag "Apply only time device rules" enabled, and only her transactions fails with the error: HWM_TC_DV_RANGE_TIME_RECORD

In some other logs it also shows like this: HWM_TDR_MISSING_IN_ERR:HWM_TC_DV_RANGE_TIME_RECORD

We are using Web Clock, the user is only doing the Clock In and then the "Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices", no other user is getting this error.
