Last-Minute Public Holiday Not Updating Existing Time Cards

Currently, time cards are automatically generated and assigned on Fridays. This process works correctly, including the automatic assignment of public holidays configured for each country.

However, we encountered a situation where a last-minute public holiday was added after the time cards had already been created. Although the new holiday was successfully added to the calendar, it is not being reflected in the time cards that were already generated and assigned.

I have already run the Resubmit Time Cards and Generate Time Cards processes, but the new holiday is still not appearing on the existing time cards.

I kindly request assistance to understand why the holiday is not being applied retroactively and what the correct procedure would be for updating existing time cards with newly created public holidays.
