Here Maps Vehicle Restrictions

Summary:

  1. Why are vehicles still allowed to pass through here according to the Here Maps map? They shouldn't be able to. Here Maps says there's already an odd-even license plate restriction. Vehicles with even license plates can still pass through this route on the 19th.
  2. Does OTM send data like license plates, weight, length, and height to Here Maps, or does Here Maps retrieve the data from OTM?
