Hello Expert,

We have an ATP database hosted on a private subnet, and several ORDS services are configured on this database. These services were working fine, and we have been accessing them using Basic Auth credentials.

Last week, we updated the password for our database user (integration_user), which is also the schema for our ORDS services. Since then, we have been unable to connect to the ORDS services and are consistently receiving a 404 Not Found error.
